Another gallery up on my site. This time from the trip I took for Afar Magazine a year ago from Chile to Peru, drinking a lot of Pisco Sours along the way. Pisco is a spirit produced by both countries, and each claims it as their own. Who makes it better? That’s what the writer and I set out to find out. Well, I’ve said it before: I’m Peruvian, I’m biased.
